  I bought online a Matthews Full Apple Box on 20th October. I am still waiting for the delivery (18th December)!!!! really bad costumer service. I had to called them, few times to ask whats going on ? They promise me to buy the Full Apple boxe from an other store and send to me , it has never happen !!

  Worst experience I have ever had ordering anything. We ordered a camera in early August for an early September shoot. It looked like it was in stock on the site. After ordering it wasn't in stock. Production Gear said it will arrive next week. It didn't arrive. They again said next week. It didn't arrive again.Then they stopped replying to my emails so I had to call if I wanted updates, I was told next week again. We had to hire a camera at great expense due to it not arriving. They again said next week and we again missed another shoot costing us more. They said they would give us a discount because of the issues. They didn't. It has just arrived. They also cheekily kept the extra money they charged for 24h deliver despite it being over a month!
